About Us

At the foot of the majestic Mt Buffalo, in a stunning location, Porepunkah Bridge Holiday Park sits on the banks of the Ovens River.  Filled with deciduous trees, there is plenty of shade in Summer and beautiful colours in Autumn.  Nestled in the Victorian High Country, we have a beautiful natural Park that provides all the modern amenities you need for your family holiday.  The Park is in walking distance to the local Punka Pub, the Rail Trail Café and Porepunkah eateries and 5kms to Bright’s town centre.

Blessed with all four seasons, there is something to do all year round.  The surrounding mountains host many outdoor activities such as mountain biking, road cycling, trails perfect for hiking or running, waterfalls, caving and look outs. Being in the Victorian Alps region, Porepunkah Bridge Holiday Park is the perfect location for a weekend getaway to the snow — be it for skiing or snowboarding at Mt Hotham and Falls Creek, or tobogganing and snow play on Mt Buffalo. A vibrant restaurant culture, including two wineries and a brewery provide the ideal atmosphere for those seeking to enjoy local fresh produce.  Only 5 kms from Bright and a 15 minute drive to the beautiful Mt Buffalo, makes Porepunkah Bridge an easy choice for your stay.

Porepunkah Bridge Holiday Park is an independant family owned Holiday Park owned by Cameron and Steph Blanchard who took over in March 2017.

“We fell in love with the 17 acre block when we visited Porepunkah in November 2016 and In March of 2017 we made it our home. We couldn’t ask for a more picturesque, natural environment to bring up our 2 young children.  The great thing is there is something for everyone to enjoy, the whole year round. We can’t wait to share our love for the region with everyone who comes to visit.”
