At the foot of the majestic Mt Buffalo, Porepunkah Bridge Holiday Park offers a natural tree lined environment where the river runs along the edge of the Park, nestled in the Victorian High Country, 5kms from Bright. A beautiful natural Park that provides all the modern amenities you need for your family holiday. The Park is in walking distance to the Punkah Pantry, the Punka Pub and the Rail Trail Café and it is only a short drive to Bright’s town centre.
Blessed with all four seasons, there is something to do all year round. The surrounding mountains host many outdoor activities such as mountain biking, motorbike tracks, and hiking trails. Being in the Victorian Alps region, Porepunkah Bridge Holiday Park is the perfect location for a weekend getaway in the snow — be it for skiing, and snowboarding at Mt Hotham and Falls Creek, or tobogganing up on Mt Buffalo. A vibrant restaurant culture, including two wineries and a brewery provide the ideal atmosphere for those seeking to enjoy local fresh produce.
Porepunkah Bridge Holiday Park is a family owned Holiday Park. Meet the owners Cameron and Stephanie Blanchard who took over in March 2017.
“We fell in love with the 18 acre block when we visited Porepunkah in November 2016. We met with Mick and Julie Perkins, the previous owners, and knew we shared similar values. In March of 2017 we made it our home. We couldn’t ask for a more picturesque, natural environment to bring up our 2 young kids. The great thing is there is something for everyone to enjoy, the whole year round. We can’t wait to share our love for the region with everyone who comes to visit.”
